RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love all your purchases from Hunny B. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Returns are accepted of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise. All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY (Hunny B Gift Card) if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Damaged of defective items may be returned by contacting customer care via email within 3 days of delivery.
FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a final sale item.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact customer care, hello@shophunnyb.com, within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days it will not be eligible for return. Please include a photo of the defect/damage with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing or accessories caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lightning and resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 3-5 business days once we receive your return, to be processed -- you will receive an email confirmation with an e-credit/ gift card once your return is complete.
Hunny B is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with US Postal Service or UPS Shipping
